KF Wellness Center provides medical information and AI-assisted triage, NOT emergency medical care.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Our AI diagnostics are support tools and do not replace in-person validation by a licensed professional.
While our doctors verify AI findings, technology limitations exist.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. AI-Powered Services

You acknowledge that parts of our service utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze symptoms and suggest potential diagnoses. These suggestions are probabilistic and must be reviewed by a human physician, which our platform facilitates.
